Complaints

Equipment sent for complaints should be clean and complete.
Returned goods should be accompanied by proof of purchase and a complaint form.

All complaints are considered within 14 working days of receipt.

Damaged goods will be repaired or replaced by another, free from defects, and if this is no longer possible (due to depletion of stock), the store will return the equivalent of the price of the product or offer him other, available in the store to choose from. 

We do not accept any COD shipments.
