If the sent goods do not meet your expectations within 10 calendar days, there is a possibility to return or replace them provided that the goods are unused, clean, odorless, complete in the original packaging with labeling.
GOODS SHALL SUBMITTED IN A STANDARD PACKAGING (cardboard box) so that the product is returned and its packaging is not damaged during transport.
Otherwise, no refund will be possible.
When cancelling the goods, we will refund the money within 14 days by bank transfer to the specified account. Money is returned only for the goods, we do not refund shipping costs.
We do not accept returns of shipments sent back to us by you "cash on delivery"!
Please inform us in advance if you wish to return or exchange the goods. To the goods sent to us, please attach the bank account number, to which we will return the money to you.
